Motorola MFC6030A is a 6 pin adjustable voltage regulator that outputs from 1.2V up to 37VDC. Output current is rated for 200mA max. This has gold plated leads and is very rare. We have seen this retail for up to $72 each because of how hard they are to come by. Brand new very old stock manufactured in 1971.
