Detailed Description
Silicon 3" Round single crystal solar cell is solder plated on both sides for simple soldering of your flexible leads to it (leads not included). Output is 0.45V open circuit voltage and 1Amp short circuit current (+/-10%) in full sunlight. New, but were made in the 70's!
