Rated 20V @ 70mA, 300mW and fT of 9 GHz, this silicon NPN transistor is supplied in a SOT323 SMD case. These are used in wideband applications such as satellite TV tuners, cellular phone, pages, etc. Sold on tape and reel package of 20.
