Detailed Description
Citizen CL-503T-SD-T micro size LED features 3 separate LED chips in a tiny 1.3mm x 1.5mm x 0.35mm thick frosted lens package. This unique LED can light up Red, Green and Blue. Has common anode and 3 cathodes. Each LED chip requires 20mA and voltage as follows: Red 1.85V, Green 2.70V and Blue 2.75V. These are very bright and colorful. Sold in a package of 20. New!
