High brightness IR LED from Para Light Part# L314EIR2C features a water clear 3mm lens and 180mW output. Operates on 1.3V to 1.8VDC and requires 100mA @ 1.5VDC. Output is 880nm with a 20 degree viewing angle. Note: This IR LED may emit a faint red glow. Brand new - Sold in a package of 10.
