Teccor SCR type S8008D is rated 800V @ 8Amps. This small SCR is easy to use as the terminals on the TO-252 D-Pak are easy to solder to. Due to its small size and high power rating it is a very useful SCR for strobe lights and hundreds of other applications. Ratings IT(RMS)= 8A, Volts = 800, IGT= 1 milliamp (min) and 15 milliamp (max). Brand new. Sold in a package of 4.
