SGS TIP116 PNP transistor features a TO-220 case and standard shaped leads. The TIP116 has a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 80VDC, collector-base voltage of 80VCD, and emitter-base voltage of 5VDC. Capable of handling a continuous collector amperage of 2A and an operating temperature of 150°C. Sold as a package of 10.
