SGS-Thomson very high switching speed NPN power transistor SGS1F461 is rated VCES = 850V, VCEO = 400V, IC = 15A and Ptot = 55Watts. This transistor is used in many RCA TV's. It is manufactured using multiaxial Mesa technology for high performance and uses a Hollow Emitter structure to enhance switching speeds. Supplied in ISO Watt 218 case. Brand new in RCA sealed bag marked 200165. These retail for up to $100 by RCA replacement part suppliers!
