Large Piezo plate made for a Medical Company is made from PZT (Lead Zirconate Titanate). It was made for high-power applications for making large mechanical drive amplitudes. The classification is Navy Type I material. This plate is 2.5" x 1.5" x 0.0165 and is nickel plated on each side (not silver plated) so you have to use conductive epoxy or spring type electrodes to connect. New, Supplied in a plastic box for protection as they can break if you are not careful.
