Detailed Description
Antique sealed can contains a humidity sensor plate that was meant to be installed in a Radiosonde / Weather Balloon in 1993. Today Radiosonde/Weather Balloons are released every day with much more compact electronics. Each can is sealed but the labels maybe missing or hard to read.
