Detailed Description
ParaLight enhanced power IR LED operates on 2VDC 0.5A and produces a powerful IR output at 850nm wavelength. Has clear lens and metal base on LED which must be mounted to a metal pad on PCB or a heatsink using thermal grease. Note: this LED emits a visible tiny red dot. Size about 0.44" x 0.66" x 0.24" thick (excluding leads) New!
