Small SMT mounting mica capacitor type MCM01 is rated 1500pF @ 300V and is designed for high power applications requiring low inductance at high frequencies and can operate up to 200°C. These are used in RF Power Amps, Lasers, Mobile Radios, Plasma Generators, etc. Size about 0.40" x 0.45" x 0.23" thick (excluding terminals). Brand new - Retails for $5.
