Detailed Description
This is an original vintage Hewlett Packard 3mm low profile clear lens red led type 5082-4487 made in 1976. It's unusual because it emits a tiny red dot not a diffused red. It operates on 1.6VDC @ 20mA and this Gallium Arsenide Phosphide LED was used in calculators, cameras and instrument panels during the 70's and 80's. New! May have slight tarnish on leads. Sold in a package of 5.
