Detailed Description

This strange item is a 3-1/4" x 5-1/2" x 0.07" thick panel that is formed from a huge quantity of fiber optic cables that have been heat sealed together. These fibers leave the panel and terminate into a polished 0.36" fitting about 5" away. Very bizarre. It is new, however we have no idea what its function was!
