SGS Thompson TDF1779A is a dual source driver for inductive loads. It can operate from +8V up to +26V and supply two outputs of up to 2.5Amps. It's designed for electrovalves, contractors, relays, etc. It has an "Alarm" output to indicate the action of thermal protection and is essentially blowout proof.
