Teccor Q6008D is a 600V 8Amp Triac alternistor-snubberless type in a TO-252 D-PAK SMD package. This Triac can handle a 8Amp load continuously. IGT 10 milliamps (QI, QII, QIII). Great for AC switching, phase control applications, AC light dimmers, motor speed controls etc. Sold in a package of 5.
