Detailed Description
IERC TX0506-1B thermal link retainer with BeO insulator for TO-5 case semiconductors. The Beryllium Oxide (BeO) is safe to handle as the disc is solid state (not dust). The heat sink clamp has a black Cadmium finish. Size is 0.380" dia. x 0.650" fin height. Has a 6-32 threaded stud for mounting. New Old Stock in factory sealed back. These retails for $50 each.
