Detailed Description
Insulating white alumina oxide ceramic plate insulates high voltage yet thermally transfers heat. Because of its thin profile (0.025") it maintains a relatively low thermal resistance compared to 0.05" thick plates and this allows rapid heat transfer from semiconductor components / high power LEDS to a heatsink. Size is 2" x 1" x 0.025" thick. Rated for up to 1600°C. New
