SoliTek BSE-200-016 1 raw monocrystalline silicon solar cell strips. Class 4.4W - A rated cells manufactured in the EU (Lithuania). Features dual silver busbars on deep blue anti-reflective textured silicon. Nominal output for raw single-crystal silicon slices is about 0.5V to 0.55V per cell. Great for DIY solar panels, school science experiments, battery charging arrays, and custom robotics projects. Manufacturer's box contains 550+ pieces.
