Infineon Technologies BAV99 dual high-speed switching diodes. Housed in a standard 3-pin surface-mount SOT-23 package each component integrates two diodes connected in series inside a compact footprint. Rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 70V and a continuous forward current of 200mA, these diodes deliver fast switching performance with a 6ns reverse recovery time. They are suitable for automated circuit assembly, high-speed switching circuits, signal processing, reverse polarity protection, and general electronic repair or prototyping. Sold in a package of 50.
