Detailed Description
Silicon single crystal solar cell is a Laser cut 1/4 pie shape piece of a 3" solar cell. It has solder plating on front and back making it very easy to solder leads to (leads not included - use flexible insulated wire). Output is 0.5V open circuit and 0.250Amp short circuit current in full sunlight (+/-10%). Each straight edge of the cell is about 1.485". One of these will operate our G20617 Motor (not included) in full sun. New.
