Detailed Description
This product was made in the 1960s, making it approximately 60+ years old. Manufactured by International Rectifier, it consists a light-sensitive solar cell sealed in a small plastic box with bubble lenses. Box size: 1.2" × 1.76" × 0.27" thick. Output varies, often around 1.6V or higher (the cells are connected internally in a single arrangement). Output current ranges from 200µA and up! Sold for its historical value!
