Kyocera 7M37.012C is a small 0.6" dia. case unit that puts out 1.84MHz 3.8V peak to peak sawtooth signal, 1.8KHz 5V peak to peak square wave, 3.8MHz 2.3V peak to peak triangle wave and 7.5MHz 1.3V peak to peak triangle wave. Operates on 5VDC and Requires no other external parts. Look at our diagram for hookup information. Has 6 pins. New!
