High quality black glass epoxy PCB accommodates an SOIC8/SO08 SMD IC and connects the least to 8 plated thru holes. Simply solder the SMD IC onto the small board and solder 8 leads into the pads to allow you to easily prototype an SMD IC into a breadboard or other assembly. Note: Dot stenciled onto board denotes where pin 1of IC should be soldered.
