Detailed Description
High brightness 200mW 850nm Infrared LED features water clear lens and operation from 1.7VDC @ 140mA. This powerful IR LED does emit a pale red glow at 1.7VDC. At 1.2V this LED will still operate, however the IR output is reduced. Half intensity angle is 50 degrees. Typical radiant intensity is 125mw/sr. Brand new - Sold in a package of 10.
