Detailed Description
GE optocoupler consists of a Gallium Arsenide infrared emitter and a light activated silicon bilateral switch performing the functions of a triac. Emitter requires 50mA, and triac is rated 250V 1Amp. Supplied in a 6-pin thru-hole Dip.
