These membrane mirror spatial light modulation units use Mems process to form individually controllable pixels. They were used in high tech optical projection devices holographic data storage devices, etc - however, we do not have any specs or info on these. Each had some blemish or slight defect. We are selling them "as is" for educational study, experimentation or just to look at a very unique high tech item. Size about 3.46" long x 1.66" tall. We have other types too.
