Detailed Description
The 75109 is a dual line driver featuring independent channels with common supply voltage and ground terminals. The output current is nominally 6 mA for the 75109. The driver circuits have a constant output that is switched to either of two output terminals by the appropriate logic levels at the input terminals. The output current can be switched off by an appropraite logic levels at the inhibit inputs. The circuit also features an inhibit input that provides more circuit versatiltiy. The common mode range of the driver outputs is -3.0 V to +10 V, which allows a common mode voltage on the line without affecting the driver performance.Features:
