1N4933 fast recovery rectifier diodes manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. Rated for 1.0A average forward current and 50V peak reverse voltage in a standard DO-41 axial-lead package, these high-reliability components feature a low forward voltage drop, low reverse leakage current, and fast switching speed with a 200ns reverse recovery time. They are ideal for use in power supplies, DC-to-DC converters, inverters, freewheeling diode protection circuits, and general electronic repair or circuit prototyping. Note: Some leads are slightly tarnished but will not affect performance of part. Sold in a package of 50.
