ROHM SML-020LLTT87 is a small SMD LED sized 2.5mm × 3.0mm with a clear lens. Inside are two bright red independent LEDs. Each operates from 2V @ 30mA, wavelength is 630nm. Sold on tape and reel in a package of 20.
