Detailed Description

Small 0.94" x 1.23" amorphous silicon solar panel is only 0.045" thick. Produces 7V open circuit voltage and 5mA short circuit current in full sun. This is an amazingly high voltage output for such a tiny panel! We also noticed that this panel was able to produce about 4V inside under ambient lighting! Brand new, has solder pads on back of panel for easy soldering of your hookup wires.
