Detailed Description
Silicon solar sensor puts out 0.42V open circuit voltage and 0.8mA short circuit current in full sunshine. Size is only 0.26" x 0.19" x 0.15" thick. Has long leads. We actually use 4 of these in series to provide 1.6VDC to power our solar bug kit. Brand New - Sold in a package of 10.
