Tiny IR receiver for remote control/robotic applications features separate PIN diode and preamplifier IC assembled on a single lead frame with a built in special IR filter. Type MIM 5383H4 is a 38.0 KHz module which operated from 5VDC@2mA. Size 0.23" wide x 0.31" (excluding pins).
