Detailed Description
This product was made in about 1966 by International Rectifier and consists of silicon solar cell sealed in an orange plastic holder with bubble type clear lens. They referred to the product as a "Space Satellite" type Hi-Power silicon solar cell. Overall size of case is about 1.16" sq. x 0.25" thick. Output in full sunlight is 2V and 6mA. New, but very old (over 50 years old).
