Type LH0635 BJB 25.701.6001.005 is a 5KV pulse rated 660W 600V heavy duty ceramic type with 12" long wire leads and spring clamps to hold bulb. Size about 1.66" oval x 0.9" thick (excluding metal clips). Brand new - Retails for over $9.
