Teccor SCR type S6004D is rated 600V @ 4Amps. This small SCR is easy to use as the terminals on the TO-252 D-Pak are easy to solder to. Due to its small size and high power rating it is a very useful SCR for strobe lights and hundreds of other applications. Ratings IT(RMS)= 4A, Volts = 600, IGT= 200uA (max). Brand new. Sold in a package of 5.
