Rohm SML-P12PTT86 PicoLED® is a clear lens SMD LED that lights up green when 2.2VDC @ 20mA is applied. Size is only 1mm long x 0.60mm wide x 0.25mm tall. This SMD package is known as the 0402 and it is definitely the tiniest LED we have ever seen. Wavelength is 560nm. Sold in a package of 25.
