ParaLight super blue SMD designed for LCD side view backlight applications produces a bright 465nm blue light when 2.8 to 3.05VDC @ 25mA is applied. Size is 1mm x 3.2mm x 1.50mm tall. Has clear dome lens. Supplied on tape and reel. Sold in a package of 20.
